Dr. Robert N. Lussier is a professor of management at Springfield College (USA). Through teaching management courses for over 26 years, Robert has developed innovative methods for developing skills and applying concepts that can be used both professionally and personally. A prolific writer, Rob has more than 425 publications to his credit, including Human Relations 10e, Management 7th edition, and Leadership 6e and has published in top tier academic journals.

Dr. Lissuer got a bachelor of science in business administration from Salem State College, master’s degrees in business and education from Suffolk University, and a Ph.D. in management from the University of New Haven. He served as founding director of Israel Programs and has taught many courses in Israel.
